Job description

Key Position Functions

• Develop and strengthen existing relationships through "farmingstyle" sales methods.
• Work closely with the Business Development Executive to secure and contract new projects.
• Partner with Production teams to complete preconstructions tasks and job set ups.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at multifamily association functions.
• Oversee the Project Lifecyle, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.
• Selfdriven and able to operate independently
• Effective in collaborating and communicating with all peers, partners, and clients
• Sociable and outgoing, with a clear grasp of social dynamics
• Flexible and able to "change gears" quickly
• Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects/components
• Detailoriented and precise
• Knowledge of the construction industry / disaster restoration
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and related systems
• Knowledge of sales practices and relationship development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in person and digital interactions
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
