Job Title:
HR Staffing Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct preemployment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, as needed.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and collecting new hire paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or staffing coordination roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
