Job Title:
HR Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct preemployment screenings, including background checks and reference checks, as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and collecting new hire paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining personnel files.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or staffing coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
