- Support Commercial Sales, Service and Parts in their efforts to go to market
- Develop vehicle ordering and distribution systems and processes
- Establish objectives to meet sales goals
- Create measurement tools to assist in the fair allocation and distribution of product
- Take ownership of the dealer order, service, parrs and communication system
- Formulate policies and procedures to support ordering and delivery requirements
- Oversee the development of the short and long-term forecast planning
- Interact with dealers, fleet management companies, body companies and other key partners
- Institute processes for dealer & customer call center interactions
- Represent Bollinger Motors at industry trade shows and customer event's
- 10 years of experience with automotive OEM ordering and/or distribution systems and processes
- Broad knowledge of commercial vehicle dealer operations and needs
- Management experience in related fields
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- 5-10 years of customer/dearer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong planning and cross-functional leadership ability
- Ability to travel 25 %

Bollinger Motors is seeking a full-time Operational Development Manager to support the launch of Bollinger's B4-B6 commercial vehicles. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will require working relationships with many stakeholders at Bollinger Motors. This is an in-person role at the company's Oak Park, MI headquarters.
