_Controls are the nerve center of any system — the complex, intelligent interface between a system and the installation environment where it performs.

The Industrial Controls Company engineers, designs and manufactures industrial control panels_ _and systems from the ground up and we're looking for a high performing AutoCAD guru to enhance our team.

We need an AutoCAD Designer that's more than a daily task performer; we need a leader and a teammate; a decision maker with great ideas that loves to make the team and the company successful.

To be clear, this is not an ordinary CAD position. This is an opportunity to put your CAD skills to work and drive improvement through implementing best practices. Additionally, you'll be working with the manufacturing team providing day-to-day problem-solving support. Controls and/or panel design is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We hire people, not resumes
