Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including seniors and individuals with autism or dementia
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Monitor and manage behavior, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
• Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
• Take vital signs and maintain accurate records
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
• Maintain a clean and organized living space

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in behavior management, senior care, or working with individuals with autism or dementia is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client assistance
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
