OUR CHALLENGE Our goal is to develop a unique software stack that moves away from the limitations and dependencies of the Robot Operating System (ROS). This requires a fresh approach to designing and implementing software that can drive autonomous robotics with greater flexibility, efficiency, and scalability.

We aim to create a system from scratch that not only meets the complex demands of autonomous navigation and decision-making, but also sets new standards for adaptability and performance in the robotics industry.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a C++ Software Engineer at Filics, you will join a team of experienced Software and Robotics Engineers from different countries.

Your main responsibility will be to develop critical infrastructure and platform code that powers our robots, enabling the Autonomy Team to achieve their goals.

Your work will have a significant impact on the entire robotics stack, as you will be creating the software that serves as the brain of our autonomous system, capable of making safety-critical decisions quickly.

You will be responsible for writing code that excels in computational performance and designing libraries to simplify the complexity of our systems.

Through your contributions, you will directly enhance the autonomy and efficiency of our robots.
