- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of HR experience in the area of employee relations and experience conducting workplace investigations
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment-related laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to objectively communicate with employees and management through complex and difficult issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Maintaining case management/tracking tools
- Analyzing employee relations trends and helping to develop proactive strategies, solutions, and practices
- Experience working in a global multi location technology company preferred
- Master's degree in HR or related field

This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner. We seek an experienced HR professional with the ability to partner and collaborate at all levels. The Employee Relations Business Partner will leverage strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of employment law to professionally manage all employee relations issues. This is a full-time hybrid position and can be based in Denver, Co or Belmont, CA.
