Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our Ingolstadt branch starting at the earliest possible date for the departments of drying technology and restoration technology.

Your responsibilities:

Project management of restoration work for water and fire damage
Conducting damage assessment, evaluation, and acceptance
Coordination of our restoration specialists and subcontractors
Scheduling work on construction sites
Monitoring and documenting progress of work to be carried out

What we expect from you:

Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry, e.g. painter, tiler, carpenter (m/f/d) or similar
Additional qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
Practical experience in construction management
Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
Teamwork and service orientation
Proficient in MS Office products
