Position Overview:
CWTSatoTravel is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor II to join our team.


Position Description:


As a Travel Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for creating and completing travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts, including car, hotel, air, and rail reservations.

You will ensure that reservations are built according to client standards and preferences and act as a trusted advisor by providing informed and insightful recommendations for the best traveler experience.

You will also handle moderately complex problems, escalate more complex issues to senior staff, and assist with department projects and implementations.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Previous experience as a travel counselor preferred

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
