Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d)

An established company for software innovations is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their motivated team in Dortmund and further develop their groundbreaking solutions in the field of process optimization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and execution of test plans, as well as manual/automated test cases for various applications and APIs, while considering defined requirements.
  • Responsible for conducting load, performance, and stress tests using appropriate test methods and procedures to ensure the quality of applications, scripts, and tools.
  • Leading the identification and resolution of errors in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Designing and further developing test frameworks and scripts to ensure an efficient testing environment.
  • Active participation in reviews to ensure high-quality software.
  • Leading the reproduction and qualification of reported errors to determine and evaluate their causes.
  • Driving continuous improvements in existing test methods and processes to optimize test efficiency.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies, technical training in the IT field, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in manual/automated testing procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle, as well as various testing methods, techniques, and tools.
