Description
We are looking for a talented writer and customer service representative to create engaging and original content, as well as generate high-quality and creative content using AI-powered writing tools for our clients and our company.
The AI Content Writer / Customer Service Representative will research topics and develop interesting and informational posts that will appeal to our client's audiences.
Clients include dental and veterinary practices.You will also be trained in and assisting in Customer Service, which will include answering phones, taking messages, and completing website updates and edits.
Content will include:
- Blogs
- Social Media Posts
- Website Copy
- Staff Bios
- Case studies, whitepapers & ebooks
- Landing page copy
- Newsletters
- Review responses
Responsibilities:
- Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for blog posts and social media posts, both original and AIgenerated content.
- Writing, editing, publishing, proofreading, and promoting both original and AIgenerated content.
- Submit work to supervisor(s) for input and approval.
- Maximizing site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization keywords.
- Staying current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content.
- Ensure allaround consistency (writing style/tone).
- Responding to our clients' online reviews.
- Working and communicating with content strategist to build editorial calendar and complete work in a time efficient manner.
- Manage daily incoming phone calls.
- Take detailed messages from clients to pass along to supervisor(s).
- Assist clients in website edits and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity and adaptability.
- Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords, basic understanding of HTML.
