Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project strategies for system design across different company areas.
• Interact with clients to create project plans and ensure alignment.
• Act as a subject matter expert and maintain project direction clarity.
• Manage project priorities, resources, and deadlines efficiently.
• Lead meetings, training sessions, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design business and technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application features.
• Create functional requirements and define system specifications.
• Participate in architecture design discussions.
• Write and support complex programs using advanced logic.
• Analyze data structures and optimize program interfaces.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Enhance efficiency and create troubleshooting tools.
• Lead the implementation and testing of applications.
• Define test plans and ensure quality assurance.
• Assess vendor products and provide recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team performance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 4+ years of Guidewire / Java platform experience
