What You Can Expect

As a
Door Shop Production Associate, you will be a member of our Door Shop team and will be fulfilling our daily production schedules of door and door frame production.

You'll play an important role in producing high quality and accurate products that are shipped to our customers. This position will help reduce errors, labour and cycle time while increasing accuracy and service. You will report directly to our Production Manager in Fullerton, CA.

We are currently looking to fill the following shift:

Monday to Friday
5:00am to 1:30pm (occasional overtime)
Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay Rate: $1719 per hour, depending on your experience.

What background will make you successful?

You have your high school diploma or GED
You are comfortable with basic math and fractions
You have an understanding of carpentry
Ability to perform physical work (e.g., lifting product up to 50 lbs.)
Enjoy working in a team environment
Solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude

How to Apply?

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this fulltime position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role is set at $17 $18 per hour. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific hourly pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location._
