We are looking for a hard-workingPart-time Dispatcher to join our team
As a Dispatcher at AmZack Inc, you will answer calls and communicate with delivery drivers to send the appropriate response.
Dispatcher duties and responsibilities
- Receive and answer emergency and nonemergency calls.
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
- Receive and dispatch orders.
- Assess the situation and prioritize on road issues.
- Oversee the route of delivery drivers and track delivery status of packages.
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Provide reports to upper management as needed.
- 2 years of experience as dispatcher or similar position
- Fast typing skills
- Experience in data entry
- Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations.
- Outstanding organizational and timemanagement skills
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$19.25 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bath, PA 18014: Relocate before starting work (required)
