    Description

    Position Overview:As a Commercial Drywall Project Manager with 5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects by being responsible for overseeing all aspects of drywall projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Planning.
    • Hire, fire and supervise.
    • Set goals.
    • Deliver on time.
    • Stay on budget.
    • Keep client and your boss in the loop.
    • The dispute manager.
    • Draft contracts.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

    2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall.

    3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

    4. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and bidding processes.

    5. Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
