What to expect

  • Assisting and supporting in the care, education, and upbringing of children under the professional guidance of an educational specialist.
  • Participating in the planning and organization of group activities and collaborating with parents.
  • Regular work with small groups under professional guidance.
  • Implementing daily schedules according to instructions.
  • Observing developmental abnormalities and reporting them to the educational specialist.
  • Participating in preparation and follow-up of parent meetings (parent evenings, parent conversations, and parent information sessions).
  • Attending team meetings.

What sets you apart

  • A successful completion of state-recognized training as a childcare worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of BEP, BayKIBIG.
  • Willingness to continue education and engage with professional literature.
  • Creativity, sociability, resilience, loyalty, teamwork, responsibility, and motivation.
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm in working with children and their families.
