Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or related field AND minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT services; OR, Minimum of six (6) years' experience in IT services; OR, Equivalent mix of experience and education.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in Human Resource and Financial Management systems such as PeopleSoft HCM and Workday, respectively.
Expertise in dashboard development using Tableau and Alteryx.
Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Python.
Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, Postgres) and infrastructure tools like Git, Jenkins, Terraform.
Familiarity with project management standards, agile practices, and JIRA.
Excellent communication skills and ability to diagnose code issues effectively.

Working Conditions:

Physical requirements include bending, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces with varying temperatures.
Regular task reviews are part of the routine.
