Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic territory or account development
Tactical execution of the sales development plan, identifying and properly qualifying new business opportunities
Presenting to the executive level of organizations
Coordinating/preparing needs analysis/scoping initiatives
Preparing formal proposals, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process and overcoming objections to closure
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma
5+ years sales experience in all channels of life safety
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidate has extensive experience and a track record of success in the life-safety business.
Base salary range:
$80K to $95K with uncapped commissions
