Description

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.

Your primary duty will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or any other illegal activities.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Perform access control duties by checking identification and verifying credentials
• Conduct inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
• Assist with crowd control during events or emergencies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid security certificate/license
• Prior experience in the military, law enforcement, or security field is preferred
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Excellent observation and surveillance skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
