Responsibilities:
Your main focus will be on creating payroll for approximately 500 employees.


Other administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel records, analyzing working hours, creating contracts and references, as well as preparing monthly financial statements and personnel statistics, will also be part of your daily responsibilities.


Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training and preferably additional qualifications in personnel administration
  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • You have a teamoriented and precise work style, as well as a high level of service orientation.
  • You have a quick grasp and can work efficiently and focused in daytoday tasks.
