Purpose of JobThe Operations Coordinator will function with a primary responsibility to administer the Management of Change (MOC) process using sitespecific procedures and update the information to ensure changes are managed safely and effectively. In addition to ensuring adherence to our MOC process, the Operations Coordinator will participate/conduct audits, lead ISO compliance efforts and manage the Sasol Action Management (SAM) system for the operating unit(s) assigned.

Key Accountabilities

Works to ensure a safe working environment for employees and environmental compliance for areas of responsibility
Update / revise all compliancerelated documents
Work with various disciplines to ensure unit compliance on MOC change approvals and PSSRs.
Works with the Governance, Assurance & Risk and Safety, Health & Environmental departments to maintain the accuracy of compliance materials for unit(s)
Participate in the safety audit program
Other duties as assigned, i.e. participating in postincident audits, developing detailed reports, etc.
Regular interaction to ensure compliance
Formal Education/ Working Experience
High School/ High School Diploma or similar with 3+ years experience in industrial, manufacturing or technical support functions or
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
