    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary: $52,000 - $72,800

    PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. has a proud and lengthy history of creating innovation from challenging, complex projects. From our origin as a small systems consulting firm in 1985 in San Francisco, California, PGH Wong is now a full-service engineering and architecture consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.

    Responsibilities include are not limited to the following:

    • Excellent team working skills as well as the ability to work independently - Multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Document Control on large transit or multi-discipline projects is desirable.
    • Experience in creating or contributing to Document Control procedures or guidelines.
    • Maintain all project logs, including Correspondences, RFIs, Submittals, Change Plans, and Specifications.
    • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for design, construction and project update meetings.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Demonstrated customer focus
    • Intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent Excel skills
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam Revu, a plus.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree OR 5 years experience
    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    • Ability to work in a team environment.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Excellent oral and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a cooperative team environment, with significant client interface.
