    Senior Data Center Capacity Planner at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Manage datacenter capacity for the OCI Cloud.

    Monitor capacity, forecast needs, and long range plan for our >60 worldwide cloud regions. This will also include putting together justification of funding ask from our executives and Board of Directors. Candidate must be able to tell a capacity story both qualitatively and quantitatively. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.     The Data Center Capacity Planning team is looking for a Capacity Planner.

    The successful candidate will be well organized and metrics-driven, showing strong initiative and thriving in a fast paced and constantly changing environments.

    This role will support the Data Center Capacity Planning team in creating scalable and repeatable processes.


    Additional responsibilities include:
