In this role, you'll play a pivotal role supporting our Finance team and business leaders, empowering them with the financial insights they need to drive strategic decision-making.
You'll leverage your financial expertise to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and ensure alignment between actual results and our project, engineering, and strategic plans.

Support the monthly accounting close process.
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and ad hoc financial analysis.
Support and assist in the preparation of engineering financial budgets and operating plans.
Create and lead financial forecasts, including P&L and Balance Sheet elements.
Partner with upper management to develop headcount forecasts/tasking
What You'll Need
1-3 years "hands-on" Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.
Financial modeling capabilities.
Bold self-starter with a strong ability to deal with ambiguity.
Communication, time management, and team-building skills: position will interact with team members across the business area and corporate functions at all levels.
What Will Help You On The JobSystems experience with proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting.
Prior experience with financial modeling.
Salary range
$64, $111,400.00 / annually
