We are seeking a BCBA to join our team


Qualifications:


  • Complete a graduatelevel degree in behavior analysis or a related field
  • Pass the BCBA certification exam, which is based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Fourth Edition Task List
  • Adhere to the BACB's professional and ethical compliance code
  • Maintain BCBA certification through ongoing professional development and continuing education

Responsibilities:


  • Assessing and diagnosing behavior problems
  • Developing behavior intervention plans
  • Providing supervision to behavior technicians and assistants
  • Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans
  • Modifying behavior plans as needed based on data analysis
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers, speech therapists, and physicians
  • Ensuring the health and safety of clients during interventions
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education
  • Adhering to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards of professional conduct.
