Rock Island, WA 'ATS-Aviation-Training-Solutions GmbH has been offering certified training and development programs in the air freight logistics sector for commercial and administrative roles, as well as for air freight control personnel, since 2009.


We are currently urgently seeking trainers/instructors to join our team for the training and development of traffic and logistics service clerks.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the basic training of new employees, including planning and ensuring implementation according to the reported personnel needs
  • Independently conduct theoretical training measures
  • Responsible for annual further training of existing employees
  • Maintain close communication with our managers
  • Offer our employees your professional support to ensure that all employees have a contact person for technical questions

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the air freight industry
  • Ideally, a degree in freight forwarding
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Methodological and didactic skills
  • Selfinitiative, organizational skills, and extremely reliable work ethic
  • Confident, articulate, and natural demeanor
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • High level of service and customer orientation, as well as sociability, are essential for this position
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
