We are currently seeking a modern business accounts payable accountant (m/f/d) for a dynamic sports nutrition and supplements company located in the heart of Hamburg, in a permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

Managing daytoday operations, particularly in accounts payable
Processing and booking documents for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
Creating reports and analyses
Actively supporting audits and financial reviews
Conducting payment runs
Collaborating with the controlling team on reconciliations and other related tasks
Optimizing accounting processes

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial education
Ideally, additional qualifications in financial accounting
Professional experience in accounts payable
Strong commercial understanding and quick comprehension
Proficient in MS Office and preferably experienced with Finway
Quality and costconsciousness
Ability to work independently and in a team
