- Completing clinical data entry.
- Taking Vitals and documenting in patient chart
- Completing Certificates of Medical Necessities
- Obtain Prior Authorizations when needed
- DME Order request for providers
- Compliance download
- Calls and schedules results and sleep studies needing a second study and any other follow ups
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

- BLS Certification (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED, 2-year degree (Required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred) but not required
- EHR/EMR experience (Preferred)
- 1-year related experience as a medical assistant or CNA (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal / CSR skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Good organizational skills
- Competent in usage of office equipment
- Regularly required to focus, see, talk and hear
- Regularly required to communicate with others via phone, email or other means.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
