100k-120k/year - dependent on experience
Marathon TS is looking for a Recruiting Consultant to support our efforts at DIA:

Responsibilities:

Implement Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
Provide postgolive support and enhancements
Guide clients on Recruiting configuration and implementation
Lead data conversion from legacy systems
Communicate project updates to clients
Mentor and share knowledge with team

Qualifications:

2+ years implementing Workday Recruiting
Experience with endtoend Recruiting implementations
Deep understanding of Recruiting configuration
Workday Recruiting certification preferred
Consulting experience with Workday deployment partners
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly
