Your responsibilities

Providing telephone support and assistance to customers on various matters such as contract inquiries, product information, complaints, etc.
Identifying customer needs and providing tailored advice on the company's products and services.
Handling customer inquiries and issues in the ticketing or CRM system.
Documenting all customer interactions and processes.
Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and drive service improvements.

Your profile

Completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance or finance sector, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
Customer orientation and service mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and ideally experience with a CRM system.
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
