Overview:


The
Restaurant Supervisor is a seasoned, motivated and dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to elevate our patrons experience without losing integrity of product.


Leading service, you should have a keen eye for detail, be able to anticipate guests needs and manage a team to ensure the service is prompt, friendly and consistent.

This role will pay a hourly rate of $28 to $30.

For FT roles:

Responsibilities:

  • Outline concise, purposefilled expectations and communicate in a fashion that feels clear, inclusive and fair.
  • Ensure proper team member coverage per the needs of business for each FOH department while maintaining target labor costs on shift.
  • Perform all POS functions, including opening and closing procedures, comps, voids and transfers, back of house administration (employee creation, menu management, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining room following company standards.
  • Plan, execute and communicate all new products and information effectively and efficiently.
  • Promote and practice safe work habits, identify and resolve potential safety hazards; Document accidents and alert your General Manager
  • Maintain Department of Health rating; Implement best practices to ensure DOH standards are met.
  • Ensure that all team members are educated on company products and services, as needed.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development of staff. A role model for outstanding service; continuously work to elevate service standards through training workshops and monitoring employee performance.
  • Consistently monitor, coach and encourage team members to exceed Company service standards.
  • Ensure proper team member coverage per the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs.
  • Drive team to achieve targets for social media scores; Use guest feedback as teaching tool for staff.
  • Productively address team members who do not follow Company standards, ethics, or culture.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with employees, coworkers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, professional and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
  • Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented, fastpaced, eventdriven environment.
  • Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.
  • Possess thorough working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, safety standards, etc. pertaining to Oak View Group and venue concession and premium services operations.
  • Ability to calculate basic and complex math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Ability to consistently adhere to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with little direction.
