The Service Level Management (SLM) is responsible for defining, monitoring, and optimizing services between business and IT management.

Our SLM team is primarily responsible for the cooperation between the northern German states (ndL) and the federal software project KONSENS.

SLM is responsible for organizational tasks related to contract negotiation and management with the service provider Dataport, as well as monitoring and review tasks:

How can we improve (Dataport) services? How can we improve the quality of contracts and reports? This requires creativity and independence.

The complex bi- or multilateral contract negotiations with Dataport are challenging.

The
Department of Information and Communication Technology (IuK) of the
Lower Saxony State Tax Office (LStN) has been providing IT services for the Lower Saxony tax administration for 50 years, ensuring that our IT is modernized, maintained, and further developed.

As part of the cross-state cooperation in the KONSENS project (Coordinated New Software Development for Tax Administration) and the cooperation between the northern German states (ndL), we take on a variety of tasks.

To enrich our department, we are looking for a
team member (m/f/d) in Service Level Management (SLM) to join us as soon as possible.
