The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for our employees using UKG HRIS on a biweekly cadence.
Key tasks include accurately reviewing and verifying timekeeping records for both exempt and non-exempt employees, calculating and processing adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
The role also involves generating necessary payroll reports for management and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Additionally, the specialist will respond to employee payroll inquiries and collaborate with the HR and finance teams to maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting.
