For our client, a large and successful service center, we are looking for several customer advisors (m/f/d) for telephone and written customer support in the field of auction houses in Countryside, VA.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing assistance with listing an item
  • Reviewing listings
  • Handling payment transactions
  • Updating customer data (login information)
  • Written correspondence
  • Back office work

Requirements:


  • Previous work experience preferred
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • MS Office knowledge
