We are hiring for an Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting & Reporting Department. The Accounting Clerk provides a variety of duties and may be responsible for accounts payable, account reviews, bank statement reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.

Requirements:


Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent required and six months of accounting/bookkeeping experience.

Must have computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and experience in using accounting software and a 10-key calculator.


Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and be able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Preferred:
One-two years of accounts payable and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience in a banking or related environment.
