Join our client in East Providence and help keep the world moving.

Our client is a leading international contract logistics company and we are looking for a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team at our central location in Hamburg.

This role will support the expansion of our contract logistics services in the cross-border aircraft industry.

Your responsibilities in logistics will include:

Coordinating the shipment of boxes with freight forwarders
Creating shipping advices
Preparing export accompanying documents and freight documents
Implementing operational processes to ensure smooth handling of customer orders
Communicating effectively with internal and external customers and service providers
Checking hazardous goods packaging
Data entry in SAP system and web applications
Acting as a liaison between the picking department, external freight forwarders, and the customer's department

Your profile as a logistics professional should include:

Commercial education preferred (ideally in logistics or freight forwarding)
Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Good knowledge of German and English
Responsible, conscientious, and independent work ethic

Desired qualifications:

Experience in customs clearance
Affinity for web applications

Willingness to work weekends
