About You:

• Charismatic with a positive attitude, great work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations
• Passion for helping people
• Well organized and goal oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Comfortable talking with new people in person.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

• Sales Experience

• Preferred
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Possess a P & C license or Personal Lines license or willing to obtain your license in 30 days. (We will provide training and help you get licensed)

What you will do:

• Provide insurance auto quotes by using Veronica's comparative rater
• Offer and sell Veronica's unique menu of personal lines products using a consultative sales approach.
• Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients
• Identify cross selling opportunities and effectively close other lines of insurance
• Provide an industry leading phone experience to create loyal customers
• Work together in a collaborative atmosphere to exceed individual, team and company goals monthly
• Daily follow up calls to quoted customers

Pay:
$50, $100,000.00 per year
