We provide consulting services for medium-sized companies and individuals, with a focus on the specialized areas of tax and business management for companies in crisis and for insolvency administrators. We know that creativity, courage, and decision-making skills are needed to develop and implement strategies for crisis management. Our specialized knowledge and experience are based on over 20 years of passionate commitment to our clients.

The reasons and triggers for corporate crises are individually diverse and varied. There is only one chance for coping and successful restart: timely recognition and operational and strategic countermeasures. Our consultants create restructuring concepts, support companies in implementing the restructuring, and assist in obtaining the necessary financial resources. We work with a network of experienced experts.

We are a nationally active auditing and tax consulting firm based in Dresden with additional branches in Berlin, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Lübben, and Munich. Currently, we employ around 80 employees, including 13 professionals (auditors, tax advisors, lawyers - some with dual qualifications). We advise insolvency and self-administration administrators in conducting proceedings and accompany companies in restructuring and reorganization procedures in the business and tax areas. In addition, we advise companies and individuals on all tax matters.
