Description
The Human Resources department is responsible for personnel work at Schwarz Dienstleistung KG. They provide comprehensive support and advice to all departments in implementing operational and strategic personnel management issues, from recruiting and hiring suitable employees, to their development and support, and ultimately their departure from the company. The department is also responsible for developing and implementing appropriate personnel processes and systems, as well as fostering the company's culture and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • With creative ideas, you will support the development of our internal and external channels and produce attention-grabbing videos with our team to reach our target audience. You will also find ways to actively increase engagement with our community on these channels.
  • You will expand our employer branding and develop new ways to think and create exciting marketing and personnel concepts. As the interface between brand communication and recruiting, you will shape the content for our employer presence. Your tasks will include day-to-day business as well as your own projects.
  • You will regularly conduct tracking and research tasks, as well as trend and competition analyses, and support the team in developing new, innovative ideas.
  • You will assist us in organizing various events such as trade fairs, conferences, and our own meetups, as well as in exciting projects and initiatives (e.g. university collaborations).
  • You will use Canva and PowerPoint to prepare content and presentations.
