Your tasks These challenges await you:
You are the main point of contact for customer inquiries You are responsible for the care, creation, design and maintenance of maintenance documentation You conduct special and field investigations You support in the creation, design and maintenance of spare part test instructions (ETA)

You are responsible for the technical evaluation of warranty cases and the external implementation of maintenance documentation You create software data carriers, ground support equipment, kits and repair equipment You create trainings and conduct them Requirements Ideally, you bring the following with you:
You have a degree in engineering or a technician training You have several years of professional experience in the aviation industry, ideally in customer service You have knowledge in the field
