As a Home Improvement Sales Representative, you will be the forefront of our company, responsible for leveraging your technical knowledge and sales expertise to drive business growth.

Your role will involve understanding clients' needs, recommending suitable home improvement solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project completion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize your technical expertise in home improvement to assess clients' needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct consultations, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively follow up on inquiries and close sales to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problemsolving.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Technical knowledge of home improvement processes, materials, and building codes.
