Good afternoon, my laptop is quite old and I haven't cleaned it in a while. I downloaded a couple of cleaning and fixing programs and everything seemed to go well, but when I restarted the system, I couldn't start Windows. It constantly goes through a repair process but eventually sends me to a screen with options, which I believe I have tried all of them and it has been impossible to start the system. I want to clean the computer to make it run better, but I need to keep all the personal information stored on it. Thank you.
