Your tasks with us:

Show your technical and manual skills in repairing bicycles and ebikes
Be a helping hand and install purchased accessories on customer bikes
Take care of repair intake and inventory management through our merchandise management system
Advise our customers on workshop products and ensure that each customer receives individual and needsbased advice
In case something goes wrong, assist with returns and complaints

What you already bring with you:

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a bicycle mechanic (or in a related field) or have good technical knowledge in bicycle mechanics
You are passionate about all topics related to bicycles
