As part of our team, your responsibilities will include leading development projects in the field of automation technology, developing and mentoring employees in electronics and software development, designing, sizing, and optimizing electronic components, and overseeing the entire process from requirements gathering to technology and product development to series production readiness.

You will also collaborate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies, and internal departments to clarify work packages and deadlines, plan and support technical tests, document development work, and present it in internal reviews and to customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in electrical engineering or be a technician with relevant work experience, as well as some experience in project management (IPMA, PMP, Agile).

You should also have at least 2 years of experience in product development of electronic devices, a passion for leading and developing employees, a goal-oriented and independent work style, strong teamwork and communication skills, and excellent English language skills.
