Required Experience:


  • 5 years Customer Service experience.
  • 3 years of daytoday office experience.
  • 3 years Accounting / AP experience
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Propane or Transportation experience is a plus but not required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Demonstrate stable and successful work history in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with clients.
  • Wellorganized, selfmotivated, proactive & reliable.
  • Deliver high level customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Managing large amounts of inbound phone calls.
  • Record, organize and notate all customer interactions into the database.
  • Assisting customers with orders, payment processing, new customer setup.
  • Setting up new customers' accounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers in the field if necessary.
  • Able to work in the transportation field with good working knowledge of Phoenix.
  • Willing to jump in and perform whatever needs to be done to keep our growing company running smoothly.
Availability to work Mon-Fri.

7:30am - 4pm w/a 30 min lunch. May be requested to work additional hours during special projects or high-volume times.
