Required Experience:
- 5 years Customer Service experience.
- 3 years of daytoday office experience.
- 3 years Accounting / AP experience
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Propane or Transportation experience is a plus but not required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrate stable and successful work history in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Skilled in developing relationships with clients.
- Wellorganized, selfmotivated, proactive & reliable.
- Deliver high level customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound phone calls.
- Record, organize and notate all customer interactions into the database.
- Assisting customers with orders, payment processing, new customer setup.
- Setting up new customers' accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers in the field if necessary.
- Able to work in the transportation field with good working knowledge of Phoenix.
- Willing to jump in and perform whatever needs to be done to keep our growing company running smoothly.
7:30am - 4pm w/a 30 min lunch. May be requested to work additional hours during special projects or high-volume times.
