The Preschool teacher is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment that is developmentally appropriate for preschool age under the supervision of the lead teacher. Must follow policies in accordance with school mission statement, vision statement, and Title 22 licensing regulations.

  • Planning the daily program. Implementation of preparing class projects and activities as well as preparing materials for art projects. Supports the philosophy of the school and the Director. Supervises all activities in such a manner that children cannot get hurt.
  • Reports all hazards and needed repairs to the director as needed for the safety and well functioning of the school.
  • Gives full attention to class and is responsible for the safety and physical welfare of the children. NEVER leaves any child unsupervised at any time.
  • Minimum of 6 units in ECE
  • To be able to lift and carry children weighing up to 50 lbs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
