    Nous recherchons pour le compte d'un organisme de crédit, basé à Casablanca, un UI/UX Designer

    Missions:

    En tant que UI/UX Designer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception des interfaces utilisateur innovantes et optimisation de l'expérience utilisateur sur l'ensemble des produits numériques de l'entreprise, en veillant à leur accessibilité, leur ergonomie, et leur esthétique:

    Responsabilités Principales :

    • Collaborer avec les équipes produit et développement pour comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et les objectifs commerciaux, afin de créer des solutions de design intuitives et efficaces
    • Concevoir des wireframes, mockups, et prototypes interactifs pour des applications web et mobiles, en tenant compte des dernières tendances en design et en ergonomie
    • Mener des recherches utilisateur (entretiens, enquêtes, tests d'usabilité) pour valider les concepts et améliorer les designs existants
    • Analyser les retours des utilisateurs et les données d'usage pour optimiser et affiner les interfaces et parcours utilisateurs
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs pour s'assurer que les designs sont réalisables techniquement et pour guider l'implémentation des interfaces utilisateurs
    • Contribuer à l'élaboration et à l'évolution des guides de style, des bibliothèques de composants et des standards de design pour maintenir la cohérence visuelle à travers tous les produits
    • Sensibiliser l'équipe et les parties prenantes à l'importance de l'expérience utilisateur et du design centré utilisateur

    Profil: Diplôme en design (graphique, interaction, produit), en HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), ou dans un domaine connexe, minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que UI/UX Designer

    Compétences techniques:

    • Expérience significative en conception d'UI/UX pour des applications web et mobiles, avec un portfolio démontrant une compréhension approfondie des principes de design et des meilleures pratiques en UX
    • Maîtrise des outils de design (comme Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) et des outils de prototypage (comme InVision, Marvel)
    • Compréhension solide des technologies front-end (HTML, CSS,JavaScript) et expérience de travail avec des frameworks front-end (Angular, React)
    • Capacité à mener des recherches utilisateur et à analyser des données pour guider les décisions de design

    Compétences générales :

    • Proactivité, autonomie, et capacité à travailler dans un environnement agile et en évolution rapide
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en collaboration pour travailler efficacement avec les équipes de développement et les parties prenantes métier

    Type de contrat: Freelance

    Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
