Qualifications
- Bachelors degree English Journalism Marketing Communications comparable work experience At least 2 years writing responses federal government proposals At least 1 year proposal development production process Shipley Proposal Method nationally recognized process Microsoft Office Suite experience Experience writing complex technical information proficiency English grammar Excellent organizational skills Time management Attention detail exceptional follow-up skills Ability differentiate us competitors Analytical thinker strategic approach writing Deep understanding agile civic tech gov tech
