As the Yasso Associate Finance Manager, you will partner with the Yasso cross-functional team to provide decision support, track performance, ensure the business meets financial goals, proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure a robust control environment.


Who You Are & What You'll Do


The
Associate Finance Manager should be comfortable working on "white space" initiatives, be an innate problem-solver, be able to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and business partners, have good influencing skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.


  • Support development of innovation business cases
  • Partner with crossfunctional team to assess and capture growth opportunities
  • Partner with Brand Teams to ensure optimized use of marketing investment
  • Assist crossfunctional team in making investment choices and tradeoffs across portfolio
  • Perform financial analysis on select customer specific proposals
  • Monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis for Brand teams

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor degree in a related field required; Masters degree or CPA preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Prior work experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) preferred
  • Microsoft Office required; Advanced Excel required
  • Business partnering experience with clear, focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)
  • Providing incisive and persuasive analysis and solutions across multiple organizational dimensions
  • Developing strong personal and team relationships across a multitude of business stakeholders

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600.

Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.


Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible
