Responsibilities As a Sales Strategy Consultant, you will be the driving force behind shaping the energy transition in sales.

You will conceptually implement the company strategy / functional strategy for the sales context and address decision templates at a high level to the board.

As an idea generator, you will develop creative approaches based on your analysis and feasibility studies, involve your colleagues along the way, and always stay one step ahead of current events.

You will conduct well-thought-out and authentic marketing for sales and break down the overall strategy to the lowest common denominator, meaning you will constantly operate at different levels and enable your colleagues to better understand and implement their role in the strategy.

Through your transparency and effectiveness, strategy becomes an experience.

You will support the department head in complex issues, which you will communicate concisely and on an equal footing to different target groups.

Therefore, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of corresponding meetings.

Overall, you will involve the sales executives in the development of the department, continuously raise awareness for the next steps, and proactively and consultatively intervene in the management of the department.

Requirements You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. You have experience not only in demanding, cross-industry issues, ideally in the energy sector, but also bring creativity,
